Instructions, Terms and Conditions - Please Read! 

Welcome to the Moon Motorsports Customer Appreciation Program!  This program is our way to reward you, our loyal customer, for making Moon Motorsports your first choice in powersports dealerships. The program is easy to use, offers great value, and is available at no cost to any retail customer who wants to participate and agrees to the terms and conditions of the program.

Here's How It Works!

You will receive one point for every $1 spent at Moon Motorsports on parts, service* and general merchandise departments, even on sale items! (Excludes taxes.)

As you accumulate points you will become eligible to redeem Customer Appreciation Coupons. The first coupon can be redeemed at 200 points. The more points you earn, the greater the reward! 

*Warranty and insurance repairs are excluded

Sale of New Major Unit: Receive 500 Rewards Points when you purchase a new motorcycle, ATV, snowmobile, PWC, or scooter.

A $10 birthday coupon!  (Redeemable online)

Exclusive offers available only to program members!  Visit your account to check out different promotions that may be offered to earn extra bonus points! (Example: Double Points Day Promotion, Buy X Get X Free Promotion, etc.)

Keep track of your points and redeem your coupons!

Visit www.moonmotorsports.com and click on the Customer Appreciation Program logo located on the lower right portion of the website.  A new window will open and provide simple instructions on how to activate your account.  Once activated, you'll be able to log on, check point balances, and redeem coupons at your convenience.  For in-store purchases, present your coupon to the cashier.  For online purchases, notify us of your newly redeemed coupon.  Upon verification, we will apply the coupon to your order.   

 MISCELLANEOUS CONDITIONS:

• Points earned on your Customer Appreciation Program Card expire at the end of each calendar year.
• You MUST use the program website to redeem your coupons.
• There is a unique code generated for each coupon.  Please take care to keep track of your coupons - we cannot replace them! 
• Card must be presented at time of purchase.
• Rewards earned under the Customer Appreciation Program cannot be credited to an account, redeemed for cash, or redeemed to gift cards. (Some special orders may also be excluded).
• Card can only be used by original purchaser. Picture ID may be required.
• Coupons must be redeemed within 30 days from print date.
• Employees of Moon Motorsports, wholesalers, and immediate family members are not eligible for this program.
• Customers that have an existing wholesale, resale, or other Moon Motorsports discount are not eligible for this program.

Moon Motorsports reserves the right to discontinue Customer Appreciation Program privileges and/or void all or a portion of a member's point balance if points have been issued, received, or redeemed through human or computer error, fraud or theft, through illegal means or in any manner inconsistent with the intent of the program.  Moon Motorsports also reserves the right to modify or cancel the Customer Appreciation Program.  Your use of the program serves as acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
